Quality and Customer Service are very important to us. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is our way of assuring you of your complete satisfaction with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, your money will be cheerfully refunded. Every effort is made to produce items as shown, however, HisJewelsCreations reserves the right to substitute any pieces of a product, subject to availability.

30-Day Return Policy:

You must first email us with the product detail and reason for returning the item(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt. We will provide you with a return authorization number, which you must include in the return shipment. All items must be returned in the "as shipped" condition within 7 days of receipt of return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To Return Your Order:

1. Send an email to  HisJewelsCreations [!at] gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number.

2. Complete the return with written reason for return with the original packing materials.

3. Pack item(s) you are returning using the original packing materials, and include the packing slip. Cardboard boxes are available for purchase at your local post office.

4. Send the package via registered mail. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. HisJewelsCreations is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

5. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

Do not label your package with words like crystal, costume jewelry, or other luxury-related words, as this invites possible theft of the package.

Important:

Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.
