Shipping Policy
Method of Delivery:
All items are shipped USPS First Class mail unless otherwise requested. Requests for RUSH Delivery will be billed with additional costs depending on USPS Postal Service Rates. We ship worldwide! COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
Order Processing:
We strive to deliver all items within two to four weeks from the date of your order depending on destination. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily shipped in the same package.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, or if you have a special or custom order, we will let you know via email when you can expect to receive it.
Rush Orders:
We will rush your order for an additional charge. Please contact us for availability and cost at HisJewelsCreations @ gmail.com. Requests for rush Delivery will be billed an additional $25.00.
Generally, you may expect to receive your order within 3-5 days after we've shipped it.
Return Policy
I am checking in with you as regards to your recent order with us. We are always striving to make our products better and as much as we don't like seeing returns, we can always learn from them.
